Who pays for petrol?

While our daily and hourly rates do not include petrol, our mileage is unlimited.

Do remember to refuel to the level you started with before ending your GoCar session. Failure to do so will incur a penalty of RM20 per fuel bar. 

If you booked the car and find that there is insufficient petrol, feel free to top up the fuel and we will reimburse you accordingly with GoPocket Points worth RM10 per bar based on our application, or according to the amount on the receipt, whichever is lower. Please provide us with a valid receipt (pre-authorised receipts not accepted) or we will not be able to process your request for petrol reimbursement

Note : The reimbursement will only be provided if the fuel level upon the car is returned is higher than the fuel level upon starting the trip. Please practice the habit of taking before and after pictures of your fuel meter for record purposes in the occasion that the previous GoCar member does not refuel the car after their booking.
