My car is dirty. What do I do?

GoCar has a dedicated fleet team that looks into the maintenance and cleanliness of every car. There will be times where back-to-back bookings hamper cleaning efforts by the fleet team, but that doesn’t mean you should drive a dirty car.

If the cleanliness of the vehicle that you have booked is unacceptable, all you need to do is:

• Snap before and after pictures of the car cleanliness.
• Take a picture of the car wash official receipt.
• Submit via the GoCar app under Car Wash Reimbursement.
• We'll reimburse you RM20 worth of GoPocket Points within 1 - 3 working days.
