PENALTIES TO WATCH OUT FOR

To ensure a high-quality experience for all GoCar users, we kindly ask hosts to adhere to our community standards. The following penalties apply for non-compliance:

• Vehicle Condition: Providing inaccurate details about your car’s condition results in a minimum RM100 fine.

• Cleanliness: Handing over a dirty vehicle to a guest may incur a fee of up to RM100.

• Maintenance: Failing to meet safety and maintenance standards results in RM100 per violation.

• Tool Integrity: Any abuse of the reimbursement tool is taken seriously and carries a RM200 penalty per instance.

• Reporting Accuracy: Incorrectly reporting a guest as late will result in a RM50 fine.
