How is the pick-up and drop-off process for GoValet?

The GoValet service is provided by our partners at Bateriku. Bateriku's B-Heroes are fully uniformed and licensed to drive your vehicle.

PICK-UP:

1. After booking for your GoCar Garage appointment via the GoCar app and proceed to select GoValet as additional service. 

2. Then, GoCar app will send SMS reminder to you prior to your GoValet pick-up time. 
3. Our team will contact you before leaving to the pick-up address to ensure that you are available to hand over the car. 
4. Once our team has arrived at the pick-up location, an Appointment Letter will be shown.
5. Our team member will complete the Inspection Checklist and get your sign off. 

DROP-OFF:
1. If there are any major changes needed for the car, our team will contact to inform on the change of return date/time. 
2. Our team will contact you prior to leaving the garage to ensure you are available to receive the car. 
3. Our team will send the car to the customer's location, hand over the car to you and get the sign off on the Inspection Checklist (Recipient section).
