Do I have to be present for the vehicle drop off or pick up?

The vehicle is your responsibility until it has been returned back to GoCar Subs or picked up by our collection team. You are required to be the one who picks up or drops off the vehicle. Please note that you will need to present your MyKad/passport for verification purposes.
