You are responsible to ensure that the vehicles are serviced on time. If a vehicle is due for maintenance according to manufacturer recommended standards, we will reach out to you to schedule a maintenance appointment.
If your vehicle notifies you that maintenance is due and you have not heard from us still, please call our support hotline at 1800-18-8663 (Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m) or email us at subs@gocar.my. Our customer support team will be in contact with you to schedule a maintenance appointment within 24 hours.
