All cancellation requests by customers under GoBusiness will be refunded in GoBusiness points and appear in GoPocket under the Business tab.
Refund & Reimbursement:
RM1 => 100 points
To use GoBusiness points for bookings:
100 points => RM1
Example: 6900 points will be deducted from your GoBusiness points for a booking worth RM69 (excluding SST).
Booking Cancellation:
To cancel your booking, drop our team an email at hello@gocar.my with the subject line "[URGENT] Booking Cancellation", along with your booking details including selected GoCar location, booking start date and time, and booking end date and time.
Below is a breakdown on the timeframe to notify us of your cancellation and the number of points you'll receive.
Cancelled 48 hours before booking start time |
Users will be refunded with points equivalent to the total booking fee + 6%(SST) Example: User paid RM99 + SST for booking and wants to cancel 48 hours before booking start time. User will be refunded with points equivalent to the value of RM99 + (SST) of RM99. |
Cancelled 48 to 12 hours before booking start time |
Points equivalent to 50% of total booking fee with 6% (SST). Example: User paid RM99 + SST for booking and wants to cancel 16 hours before booking start time. User will be refunded with points equivalent to the value of (50% of RM99) + SST of (50% x RM99). |
Cancelled less than 12 hours before booking start time |
Strictly no refund |
Note:
- Refunds are NOT applicable for any promotional booking (i.e. promo code, giveaway prize). For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
- GoCar members who perform more than two cancellations in a row or have a track record of cancellations will be subjected to a penalty.
- Timeframe for GoPocket refunds is 1 working day.
