My application is incomplete. What do I do next?

If you receive a notification that your GoCar application is incomplete, kindly re-upload your documents through our app. You will be updated on the status of your application again within 24 hours after submission.

Step 1: Launch the GoCar Malaysia app and tap on the top left icon 

Step 2: Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu

Step 3: Tap "Upload new documents" to re-upload your documents
