How do I reschedule my booking with the Premium Flex package?

With Premium Flex, you can reschedule your reservation with no limit, in order to reschedule, please contact our Customer Experience hotline via Live Chat or email to request for your booking to be rescheduled.

Do note that this is also subject to the availability of the car itself and you will be allowed to reschedule your booking at least before your initial booking time starts.

Please be informed that once your reservation starts, no further changes can be made to your booking. Thank you.
