For the Nissan Leaf:
You need to press the EV logo button (as per attached) located inside the vehicle (located at the driver bottom right side) to be able to unplug the charger. Take note that the EV charger can only be unplugged when the vehicle is turned OFF.
If this does not work, try to turn off the EV power source and turn it on again.
For the Ora Good Cat:
Please try to lock and unlock the vehicle via the GoCar mobile app. Take note that the EV charger can only be unplugged when the vehicle is turned OFF.
If this does not work, try to turn off the EV power source and turn it on again.
For the Renault Zoe:
Turn off the vehicle and press the fourth button at the right corner of the driver console (as per attached) to release the lock on the charging nozzle.
