How do I start my GoEV trip?

Starting a GoEV trip is just like a normal GoCar Share booking. You can unlock the car 10 mins before your reservation starts.

Step 1: Launch the GoCar mobile app, and click start your trip via GoCar mobile app

Step 2: Proceed with the usual car photo reporting process

Step 3: Push the EV cable button located inside the car (driver right side) and then you can unplug the EV charger. Put the EV cable back at the EV charger

Step 4: Check to make sure you have the ChargEV card and the EV cable in the car boot so you are able to access ChargEV chargers located nationwide
