The EV station I’m at is not charging my GoEV car. What can I do?

Ensure the power source at the EV charging station is TURNED on. If you are at a ChargEV location, you can download the ChargEV mobile app. You will be able to see all the ChargEV stations and an indication if the charger is online or offline. Alternatively, you can contact their hotline for assistance: 011-23373387

Launch the ChargEV mobile app, click on the location and you can see each station’s status.
