In the event where your GoCar is unable to lock/unlock it is probably due to weak / low internet connectivity. In this case, you can use your phone Bluetooth function to be able to access your GoCar.
IMPORTANT : If you are in an area with low to nil mobile reception, activate Airplane Mode
Step 1: Enable your bluetooth function on your phone. Please ensure your phone is NOT paired to any other existing devices.
Go to the settings page on your Android or iPhone
Step 2: Re-start the GoCar mobile app.
Step 3: Go to the My Booking section, and open your active reservation under In Progress / Upcoming section. Turn ON the Bluetooth SmartKey button
Step 3a: A Bluetooth Pairing notification will prompt (the GoCar is trying to pair with your device) Please Pair/Allow.
Step 4: Tap on Unlock button to unlock the car
You should now be able to access the GoCar. In case you're still unable to unlock / lock the car, please retry Step 1 - Step 4.
