Don’t worry about that as you can choose to pause your subscription up to 3 months.
In the meantime, you will only be responsible for the subscription fee for the months that you’re using a GoCar. Should you choose to unsubscribe after your first month, your subscription fee will be prorated.
When you are ready to continue with your subscription, just email our customer representative at raveena@gocar.my. As our inventory is always changing, please note that you won’t be assigned to the same car that you’ve driven before. We will also be charging RM100 (New Vehicle Fee) for each new car.
