What is GoCar's cancellation policy?

Important: Refunds are NOT applicable for any promotional booking (i.e. promo code, giveaway prize). For full details, please refer to our Term & Conditions.

We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your reservation.

For any cancellation, drop our team an email at hello@gocar.my with the subject line "[URGENT] Reservation Cancellation", along with your reservation details including selected GoCar location, booking start date and time, and booking end date and time. The refund process will be done within 10 to 15 business days from the date of your cancellation email.

Below is a breakdown on the timeframe to notify us of your cancellation and the amount of refund you'll be getting back.

 

Notice 48 hours before booking start time Full refund, with a RM10 admin fee
Notice 48 to 12 hours before booking start time  50% refund, with a RM10 admin fee
Notice less than 12 hours before booking start time Strictly no refund

 

Please note that if too many cancellations are made on our system, your GoCar account may be barred. Following that, there will be a penalty to reactivate your account.
