To cancel your booking, drop our team an email at email@example.com with the subject line "[URGENT] Booking Cancellation", along with your booking details including selected GoCar location, booking start date and time, and booking end date and time. The refund process will be done within 10 to 15 business days from the date of your cancellation email.
Below is a breakdown on the timeframe to notify us of your cancellation and the amount of refund you'll be getting back.
|Notice 48 hours before booking start time||Full refund, with a RM10 admin fee|
|Notice 48 to 12 hours before booking start time||50% refund, with a RM10 admin fee|
|Notice less than 12 hours before booking start time||Strictly no refund|
