What if I get into an accident using GoCar?

In the unfortunate event of an accident, please contact our emergency hotline right away and our team will assist you further. You can find the number in your reservation email and the keybox in the glove compartment of the GoCar.

Our rates include standard insurance for accidental damage to third party property and bodily injuries. Please refer to Clause 8.3 (Insurance) in Terms & Condition for the excess fees schedule.
