If you realise you need to use the car more than your original reservation period, you can extend your session only if the car is available. This must be done at least one hour before your current reservation ends to avoid another member from booking the GoCar you are driving.
To extend your GoCar reservation, launch the GoCar app or mobile site. Press the blue notification on the bottom right of the screen to retrieve your current booking details. There will be an option to make an extension.
If you need to make an extension for more than 36 hours, you will need to make a new booking like how you did when you reserved the GoCar initially.
Note: Extension will not be possible if your booking time has ended. If there is another booking after your reservation, you will not be able to extend.
