What happens if I need to reschedule my reservation?

If you need to change the time and/or date of your booking after confirmation, you can do so by tapping the "Change" button on the GoCar app.

Alternatively, you can drop us an email at hello@gocar.my with the subject line “[URGENT] Reservation Rescheduling” at least 12 hours in advance. Remember to include your current reservation details and the changes you want to make to it.

Important: All rescheduling requests are subject to availability of cars and are NOT applicable for any promotional booking. Shall your reservation be successfully rescheduled via the app or email, a RM10 administrative fee will be charged to your credit and/or debit card. For full details, please refer to Late Returns, Fines and Other Fees.
