How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any point of time by notifying us via email at [e-mail]. At this point, your request will be irreversible as the documentations submitted to GoCar upon signing up will be disposed of as required by privacy laws of Malaysia.

There will be no refund for the membership fee. Should you feel the need to use GoCar again, you can sign up for another account with us.
