My car is dirty. What do I do?

GoCar has a dedicated fleet team that looks into the maintenance and cleanliness of every car. There will be times where back-to-back bookings hamper cleaning efforts by the fleet team, but that doesn’t mean you should drive a dirty car.

If the cleanliness of the vehicle that you have booked is unacceptable, all you need to do is:

  • Take pictures of the affected areas within the car.
  • Email them to for our reference.
  • Send the car for a wash.
  • Send us a copy of the car wash receipt via email. In return, we'll give you an hour credit via promo code for your next GoCar reservation!
